English Mild / 3.8% ABV: A low alcohol, sessionable, easy drinking English style ale with notes of toffee, caramel, and a just a wee bit of chocolate.
Anhyzer in the Bush
American Light Lager / 4.3% ABV: What more can we say? This is a light lager. Brewed with pilsner malt and flaked rice, this damn near close to water beverage is thirst quenching and...well...light.
Pale Ale / 6.8% ABV: It's back! This all Cashmere hopped pale ale will give you all of the delicious tropical fruit and citrus flavors your heart desires.
IPA / 6.8% ABV: A crowd favorite. Hazy. Tropic. Drink it. Love it. Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic hops lends loads of mango and guava with a little bit of citrus.
IPA / 6.9% ABV: This beer won't give you any survival skills, but it will have you coming back for more. Hopped solely with Amarillo, this dangerously drinkable beer boasts notes of mango, papaya, and a very subtle breadiness. Just drink it, it's good.
Graff / 5.2% ABV: We got together with 1859 Cider Co. and decided to try something fun. What's a Graff you say? It's cider juice and unfermented beer fermented together in a harmonious manner. 1859 brought some awesome Jonagold apple juice and blended it into our amber-ish style wort, then fermented it with our yeast and theirs. The result reminds us of slightly spiced, dry caramel apple. Yum!
Sahti / 8.2% ABV: This traditional Finnish ale was a four way collaboration including us, Xicha, SAW, and Ratchet. Between the four us, we sourced traditional yeast, picked juniper, and brewed this awesomely interesting beer over at SAW. It finishes slightly sweet, with the juniper helping keep the balance. Sip slowly...this one is a sneaker!
Dry Irish Stout / 4.2% ABV: It's dry, it's Irish, it's stouty. This light bodied stout is great even on a warm day, drinking easier than most stouts. We got hints of coffee and burnt toast in this one, but ya know...in a good way.
America Porter / 6.0% ABV: Being the only recipe that was carried over from the good 'ol Homebrew days, this is a beer that never comes off of the board. Rye spiciness gives an extra complexity to this porter with chocolate and slight coffee notes.
1859 Cider Co. Winesap / 7.9% ABV
